LURC Reform Commission Resource

From maine.gov:

The LURC Reform Commission was formed through a resolution passed by the 125th Maine Legislature to make recommendations on how to carry out land use planning, zoning and permitting in the 10.4 million acres of unorganized towns and plantations of Maine.

This website is the primary source for information about the LURC Reform Commission's membership, schedule, agenda, minutes, and support staff. It also will have links to Land Use Regulation Commission (LURC) materials. New materials will be added as available. The LURC Reform Commission is staffed by the Maine Department of Conservation.
