Traci Gere (D-Kennebunkport) would make better use of corridor space around towns and villages as part of the Policy Action 2023 advocacy plan created by GrowSmart Maine and Build Maine. The pending legislation aims to reduce barriers to development and create financial incentives to reuse commercial areas that are not thriving.
