GrowSmart Maine testified in support of this bill with a particular focus on transportation, broadband, housing and energy efficiency, and business support for the natural resource sector. As passed, this bill includes all these provisions as well as investments in clean energy and healthcare workforce, State Parks, and property tax relief.
